Under Ummeed project Leadership & Review meetings was organized on 30th & 31st August 2010 at CNI-SSI Hall and Chatterton Hall, Sadar, Nagpur.

The objective of this process is to review the activities done for past two years. Rev. s. Paranjyothy, Director, CNI-SSI, Mr.Ranjit Ambastha Senior Programme Manager, Mrs. Archana Community Development Specialist, Mrs. Aradhana Upadhyay, Programme Manager UMMEED, and Mrs. Bharti Charan, Coordinator, UMMEED were speakers during two days of meeting. During the meeting 40 people came forward as leaders and were able to share their experiences and it was observed that waste collectors has gained confidence .
