"Health is Wealth" and "Prevention is better than cure" are two motivating phrases for our involvement with people under health issues. Dr.Siddharth Bhange, B.A.M.S. is the trained Health Organiser and experienced hand in Ayurvedic herbal medicine. We identified two persons from each village where we working and trained them  to work as Health volunteers. At present 9 Health Centers are managed imparting services to 20 villages with 9 health volunteers.  Dr.Bhange visits these Health Centres twice in a month to know the progress of these Centres.

Kitchen garden programme is part of community health wherein focus is on the effective utilization of the wastewater for growing fresh vegetable for self-consumption. Under this programme 100 families are provided with seed and training on maintenance of appropriate kitchen garden. Self Help Groups women are encouraged to work in their kitchen garden, eat fresh vegetables and prevent themselves and their families from vitamin deficiency.

Health is our right and to understand this phenomena education on rights to health are promoted through various competitions like Drawing, slogans, quiz, essay etc. through our Health Centres for mass awareness. The most common sickness among the villagers are viral fever, malaria, diarrhea, dysentery, scabies, backache and malnutrition. Health check-up camps were regularly organised to help the villagers.

HIV/AIDS is spreading its wings not only in cities but also in villages. To creat awareness among the mass on HIV/AIDS we conduct programmes with the help of Field Publicity Office. We organise Essay competitions, debates and talks on HIV/AIDS and Family Welfare to help them to understand this issue through Health Centers and Self Help Groups.
