CNI-SSI has regular review and planning meetings (quarterly) to keep us in pursuit of the vision and mission. Following are the few  more initiatives in the pipe line;

• Skill Development Training Unit:

• 1. Residential training for self-employment

• 2. Introduction of new Technical courses viz: Inverter repairing, Mobile Repairing

• 3. Vocational training for Commercial Sex workers & Jail inmates

• Self Help Groups:

• At present 85 SHG’s are active in urban slum and villages on Nagpur-Kalmeshwar road. Now CNI-SSI is in the process of  Federation for SHGs.
