"Unity brings Solidarity" we believe that combating issues of globalization, religious fundamentalism and child labour are possible only through the united efforts of like minded people and organizations. We believe in networking therefore we are a part of larger networking organizations like NAPM, INSAF, NCCI, AFARM, NABARD, and local networks like Nagpur Municipal Corporation, MCED, KVIC, DIC, SISI, VCLC, CLCCN and Childline and other Government agencies. The Public opinion is created through media awareness hence news of CNI-SSI activities is shared through newspaper, magazine and our own monthly and quarterly newsletters "CNI-SSI Diary".
Research is undertaken to understand issues and develop line of action. Studies on Ex-trainees, landless farmers, addiction among child labourers, helped us in the past for effective planning and implementation of various activities. Evaluation exercises are also conducted to assess interpersonal relations and staff development and capacitation. Team building is our priority to create healthy environment for effective working. |
